 The ProtoPro-18 development system has been designed for developer and hobbyist intending to leverage the features available in the 18 PIN Device family available from Microchip.
The system is compact and is efficiently laid out in a 10 cm x 8 cm PCB; includes onboard PSU, Communications interface, and additional footprints for devices extending the system’s flexibility. Along with the 18 Pin foot print for the 16Fxxx device, an additional 8 PIN foot print is available for devices such as an external memory device, op-amp or a 555 timer (on board POT foot print available).
Tracked power and ground connections enable quick, simple integration and usage. A standard RS232 communications interface is available with DB9 footprint. Standard ICSP interface enables the 16fxxx device to be reprogrammed in circuit. The ProtoPro 18 is available as a bare PCB, or fully assembled.
