Among other improvements are :

• A complete re-write of debugger front end allows debugger windows to be resized, hidden, moved across tabs. Free format external devices, many of which can be resized. External devices can be aligned, distributed, grouped, shown on multiple tabs and shown on layers. External device box is now much easier to use. Possible to save and load layouts.
• New pre-processor which is considerably more robust than previously
• New processors added across the range
• New pin outline device
• Clock generator external device added
• Logic analyser strip external device added
• New elements for hardware and RC5 library routines
• Capability for user written external devices in DLL files
• New bitmap and shape devices plus new options to existing devices
